इस ट्रेन (Kavi Guru Express) के जमालपुर तक एक्सटेंड (Extension up to Jamalpur) होने से मुंगेर और भागलपुर जिले के यात्रियों को आसानी हो जाएगी। वहां से अब हावड़ा जाने के लिए सिर्फ जमालपुर हावड़ा सुपर एक्सप्रेस और गया हावड़ा एक्सप्रेस का इंतजार नहीं करना पड़ेगा। यही नहीं, अब उन्हें झारखंड की उप राजधानी कहलाने वाले दुमका (Dumka) के लिए भी सीधी ट्रेन सेवा मिल जाएगी।

कोरोना काल (Corona Period) में अभी सभी रेलगाड़ियां (Trains) सामान्य दिनों की तरह नहीं चल रही हैं। ऐसे में रेलवे बोर्ड (Railway Board) ने हावड़ा (Howrah) से दुमका (Dumka) और मंदारहिल (Mandar Hill) होते हुए भागलपुर (Bhagalpur) के बीच चलने वाली 03015 और 03016 कवि गुरु एक्सप्रेस को एक्सटेंड करने का फैसला किया है। अब यह ट्रेन हावड़ा और जमालपुर (Jamalpur) के बीच चला करेगी। एक्सटेंडेड रूट पर ट्रेन का परिचालन आगामी गुरुवार और शुक्रवार से शुरू हो जाएगा। इससे बिहार, झारखंड और पश्चिम बंगाल के लोगों को आसानी होगी।
मुंगेर और भागलपुर जिले के लोगों को होगी आसानी
इस ट्रेन के जमालपुर तक एक्सटेंड होने से मुंगेर और भागलपुर जिले के यात्रियों को आसानी हो जाएगी। वहां से अब हावड़ा जाने के लिए सिर्फ जमालपुर हावड़ा सुपर एक्सप्रेस (Jamalpur Howrah Super Express) और गया हावड़ा एक्सप्रेस (Gaya Howrah Express) का इंतजार नहीं करना पड़ेगा। यही नहीं, अब उन्हें झारखंड की उप राजधानी कहलाने वाले दुमका के लिए भी सीधी ट्रेन सेवा मिल जाएगी। इसके लिए रेलवे बोर्ड ने अनुमति दे दी है। इस ट्रेन में आरक्षण रेलवे की खिड़की के अलावा आईआरसीटीसी (IRCTC) की वेबसाइट पर भी हो सकेगा।
कब से होगी शुरूआत
पूर्व रेलवे (Eastern Railway) के मुख्यालय से जारी एक आदेश के मुताबिक ट्रेन नंबर 03015 हावड़ा जमालपुर कवि गुरु स्पेशल एक्सप्रेस (Kavi Guru Special Express) हावड़ा से आगामी दिनांक 5 अगस्त, गुरुवार से जमालपुर के लिए रवाना होगी। यह ट्रेन जमालपुर रात में 10:00 बजे पहुंचेगी। वापसी में ट्रेन नंबर 03016 जमालपुर हावड़ा कवि गुरु स्पेशल एक्सप्रेस जमालपुर से आगामी 6 अगस्त, शुक्रवार से चलना शुरू करेगी। यह जमालपुर से सुबह 04:25 बजे चला करेगी। भागलपुर से जमालपुर के बीच यह ट्रेन रास्ते में सुलतानगंज (Sultanganj) और बरियारपुर (Bariarpur) स्टेशनों पर भी ठहरेगी।
मुंगेर वासियों को मिलेगी राहत
इस समय जमालपुर से हावड़ा के बीच 03072/71 जमालपुर हावड़ा जमालपुर सुपर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन और 03023/24 गया हावड़ा गया एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन की सुविधा ही मिल रही है। जमालपुर के यात्रियों ने कई बाद जमालपुर से हावड़ा के बीच अलग से नयी ट्रेन चलाने की डिमांड की थी। हालांकि नयी गाड़ी की जगह कविगुरू एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन का एक्सटेंशन किया जा रहा है। इससे जमालपुर, बरियारपुर और सुलतानगंज के यात्रियों को भी राहत मिलेगी।
