That's a huge ice chunk. >> a lot of people are staying inside. very few people are going outside. this is clyde warn park in downtown dallas. on a day like this you would think this place is usually packed with people enjoying the weekend. we were here a few days ago and it was 80 degrees. and people were out here. but you know, the streets are very quiet. a number of people out and about. but i think that's probably cabin fever setting in at this point. that's because we're dealing with this ice. i just plucked this off of a chair here in the park. and this is what's collected on that chair....
