More Washington Regional released the following statement regarding Officer Franks' condition:  Washington Regional has been asked by the family of Officer Tyler Franks to provide a statement about his condition. Officer Franks is in stable condition after having vascular and orthopedic surgery and is currently in our intensive care unit.
