KENDALLVILLE — The Kendallville board of works agreed Tuesday morning to a construction inspection contract with A&Z Engineering for the second phase of the Drake Road construction project.

WELLINGTON, Florida — Longtime Indiana golf writer Mike May, a former resident of Seymour, recently completed a publication, “Hoosier State’s Top Golf Destinations,” which highlights Indiana’s top 30 public-access golf courses. Those 30 courses include three in northeast Indiana: Zollner Golf Course on the campus of Trine University in Angola and Noble Hawk and Cobblestone golf courses in Kendallville. Last year was a boom year for homebuilding across Indiana, and although Noble County didn’t see a record spike in new home construction, numbers were up compared to 2019. But with new subdivisions under development, 2021 could shape up to be one of the county’s best years for new home construction in decades.
