But it's my understanding that the federal dollars would have come in for the first couple of years to take care of this medicaid expansion program. after a few years, the states would be responsible for coming up with that extra dough and as you know, many states trying to tighten their belts and reach budgets as they're required to do every single year as opposed to the federal government. and they simply could not afford it. so they're going to opt out now so later on, they're not owing more. >> half a dozen other states including the state of texas is saying we may not be expanding this. w...
