On saturday when north charleston officer michael slagger radioed in to dispatch that he fired on a suspect and needed backup. we retraced the steps of how he got here. >> reporter: on saturday morning, around 9:30 in the area of craig roads, michael slagger pulled over michael scott. apparently there was a busted taillight on the car he was driving. a foot chase ensued. again, just a few hundred yards away continued down this path here. mostly grassy area. a few yards behind a pawnshop and shopping center. this is where it all ends for walter scott. the chase ends in a confrontation in which ...
