Downtown Cleveland Alliance’s 2021 Winterfest and Holiday Tree Lighting Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA) marks the official start of the holiday season with its annual tree lighting on Public Square and the kickoff to citywide Winterfest celebrations.
