After the violent attack against the French Embassy in Niamey, France reiterates that the safety of diplomatic premises and staff, as well as foreign residents, are obligations under international law, particularly the Vienna Conventions.
France and Samoa share the same values of democracy, the rules-based order and the protection of global commons.
