There are many reasons we could speculate. there s nothing that i have heard about or seen that is out of the ordinary. so, given that, yeah that s generally my inclination or at least sort of operating assumption here. this is going along some internal process that is not reveal to all of us. just tell me a little bit about the rebuttal witness or the nature of that. costello is brought in by the grand jury to kind of, you know, give a chance to sort of say this guy is not credible. and there might be a rebuttal witness. how common is that in these proceedings? the grand jury always has the opportunity to call a witness. we will just take mr. costello for a second, the graduate asides, yes, you can have your witness be heard. ultimately, the district attorney s office also has the right to say, now that we have seen the evidence, let s present something else. let s corroborate let s bring in a with new witness. we don t know if that is ....
