PANAMA CITY — Every (salty) dog has his day, so they say. Salty Dog Day in St. Andrews will be Saturday, Feb. 27, starting with the weekly Market at St. Andrews along Beck Avenue from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This dog-friendly event will be an extension of The Market with proceeds benefiting Operation Spay Bay. The market will include dog merchandise vendors, veterinarians, a shot clinic, a microchip booth, treat stations, dog play area, food, music, shopping and live entertainment, as well as the "Blessing of the Dogs," adoptions, a silent auction and raffles.
