A total of three individuals were arrested for drink-driving during an integrated Ops Mabuk along Jalan Kota Kinabalu-Penampang, Friday. Penampang District Police Chief, DSP Mohd Haris Ibrahim said the three were arrested under Section 45 A (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 which carries up to two years jail and a fine of not less than RM10,000 and not more than RM30,000, if convicted. He said police also issued 13 summonses for various offences, among them, no driving licences, not wearing seat belt and expired driving licences
