"Gunshot injuries were mostly on the arms and legs and the patients are under treatment at Shalimar Max Hospital and are out of danger now," said the DCP.
The body said that according to reports, the boy’s family members and residents claimed they had complained several times to the Residents’ Welfare Association and the DDA about the broken gate but no action was taken.
