Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy clarified that the Airport Metro rail and Pharma City projects are not being scrapped but rather remodeled to be cost-effective and commuter-friendly. The previous government's proposed Raidurg-Shamshabad Airport Metro line project may not be pursued, and instead, the Metro rail will be extended from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Terminal to Shamshabad airport via the Old City and Chandrayangutta. The CM also emphasized the government's commitment to the Pharma City project and the establishment of pollution-free pharma clusters near highways.
