March 10th, 2021 comments On February 13, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued its largest Invitation to Apply (ITA) in its Express Entry application intake management system. Previously, the Department had invited on average around 3,000–4,000 people to apply for permanent residency. The February 13 invitation was for 27,332 people in the Canadian Experience Class.
