Sentencing proceedings in the case against the man known as Mamelodi’s Number 1 Tsotsi Vusi “Khekhe” Mathibela and his co-accused for the murder of North West businessman Wandile Bozwana have been rolled over to Wednesday after experts who were expected to give evidence were unable to come to court.
An angry high court judge in Pretoria on Tuesday blasted the defence in the trial of four men accused of killing North West businessman Wandile Bozwana for delaying tactics.
VUSI “Khekhe” Mathibela and his three co-accused will know their fate on Thursday, 23 June.
After years of delays, the trial of taxi boss Vusi ‘Khekhe’ Mathibela proceeded in the Gauteng North high court on 11 April 2022. He was arrested in 2016 in connection with the murder of billionaire Wandile Bozwana almost seven years ago.
