That's going to be the solution to this. although the teacher is very important, you have other factors such as effective building administrators, you have the issues that constantly go ignored in terms of parent involvement, poverty, numerous other aspects to a child's life that impacts. we have schools across the country and definitely in providence that aren't heated at times. we had a situation just this week in providence where teachers and students showed up at a school where the heat was off and they were expected to function that day. these are the things that aren't addressed, but whi...
