Grenville: Man falls off downtown bridge onto Reedy River rocks
Updated: 8:40 PM EDT Jul 9, 2021 A man was injured Friday after he fell from the South Main Street bridge in downtown Greenville. WYFF News 4's Patrick Hussion was in the area about 3:40 p.m. at the time of the accident. A man filming himself doing parkour on the bridge fell off onto the rocks in the Reedy River, a witness told Hussion.Leslie Fletcher, with the city of Greenville, said the man accidentally fell backward off the bridge. Fletcher said he landed at the edge of the river on the rocks and was taken out of the water by good Samaritans and police.The man appeared to suffer...
