A Cork publican who told a judge he didn’t know if community service would suit him says he probably won’t turn up at his sentencing hearing and will wait until gardaí arrest him so he can get a lift to prison.
The judge said: ‘I feel like we are a Tesco Express or something. It seems this is justice at your convenience.’
A warrant was obtained and the premises was searched at 2:30pm on December 22
