Clara raises investment from DIFC, opens office in Dubai UK-based legaltech startup Clara will open an office in Dubai after raising investment from the DIFC’s Fintech Fund. The amount invested was not disclosed. Founded in 2018 by Patrick Rogers, Arthur Guest, Hannah McKinlay, Ahmed Arif, and Lee McMahon, Clara digitises and automates legal tasks for entrepreneurs, including setting up companies in different countries.
