After Air India's decision to ban Shankar Mishra, who allegedly urinated on an elderly woman co-passenger, from flying with the airline for four months, his legal team said that they disagreed with the committee's findings.
Air India banned Shankar Mishra, accused of urinating on an elder woman mid-way on an Air India flight for four months, an Air India official told ANI on Thursday.
The complainant said her endeavour throughout has been "to ensure that institutional changes are made so that no individual has to go through the horrendous experience that the victim suffered".
A Delhi sessions court had given notice to Shankar Mishra in response to a request for custody made by the Delhi Police so they could question him.
Earlier in the day, Shankar Mishra told the court that the elderly lady, who had filed complaint against him, urinated on herself.
