Event Navigation It’s Spring, and that means it’s time for the Dogwood Arts Festival and all the related outdoor activities that give us reason to celebrate. The festival will be held on April 23-25 at the redesigned Performance Lawn at World’s Fair Park. Showcasing the work of 75 vendors from pottery and sculpting, to painting and photography.
