Ross said four commissioners of the five-member board were in favor, and that they made the move in an effort to keep discussion at meetings focused on county business. All resolutions or amendments to the agenda must also now be submitted to the chair at least one-and-a-half-days prior to meetings to be considered, according to the email sent out by Ross.
