Busch Wildlife Sanctuary to stay at Jupiter site one more year before move
JUPITER — Bears, birds, alligators and other animals at the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary will move to a new home in the coming months after officials from the northern Palm Beach County wildlife hospital completed plans for a new complex in Jupiter Farms. The wildlife hospital will be moved to a 19.4-acre site at Indiantown and Rocky Pine roads, about 6 miles northwest of its current location, by the spring of 2022, Sanctuary board Chairman Peter Busch said.
