A man has been charged in relation to the death of a 63 year old Napier man. Outlaws Motorcycle Club leader Peter Lui died following an assault in Mersey St in Pandora, on March 29th. Police have now charged a 29-year-old man with aggravated robbery and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. He's due to appear in the Hastings District Court on Monday.
