The suspect The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the leader of a syndicate involved in the buying and selling of human parts in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The leader of the syndicate identified as Ukaeje John Emeka was arrested by operatives of the Port Harcourt zonal office of the EFCC.
