The Roscommon County Sheriff’s Office says Missaukee County deputies chased a vehicle into Roscommon County last month. The suspects drove to a small neighborhood surrounded by woods in Lake Township and then started running. K9 Ghost tracked the suspects and found one hiding in a clump of trees.   OTTAWA -- A major on-ramp to the Queensway in Ottawa's west end will be closed for at least eight months. Starting Monday, the on-ramp from Pinecrest Road northbound to the westbound lanes of Hwy. 417 will be closed for construction of Stage 2 of the Light Rail Transit Line from Tunney's Pasture to Moodie Drive. The Stage 2 O-Train west extension will run in a trench on the north side of Highway 417, travelling underneath Pinecrest and Moodie Drive. Road closure coming on Pinecrest Road Posted on February 19, 2021 by oshawaexpress in NEWS, REGION Part of Pinecrest Road at Harmony Road North in Oshawa will be closed until March to complete underground work at the intersection. Durham Region’s contractor, KAPP Infrastructure Inc., will be closing Pinecrest Road at Harmony Road North beginning Monday, Feb. 22 at 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 5.
