Residents in Inch, Co Clare, have voiced concerns after remarks made by Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Justice Minister Simon Harris.
The Tánaiste said he did not know if preconceptions about asylum seekers was an element as to why residents in Inch, Co Clare were protesting.
“Local access is not blocking the refugees — it is maintaining the safety of our community and their community", a representative of the protesters said on Clare FM.
