Power plant when the explosion occurred. we're heard around 60 people were inside. one -- apparently one of the confusing things is there was a night shift crew that recently left right before the explosion. we have been told the power plant officials and construction crews have been getting together a roster, so they can give to it first responders so that everybody can get on the same paint to find out exactly who was injured, who was reported dead. who may still be missing. family members are said to be standing by. at the city hall waiting for word. and as we watch this microphones at the ...

From either substances, getting into the atmosphere or a possible subsequent explosion. so that is not what we're dealing with. currently urban search and rescue teams are on the premises. onsite with dogs. attempting to locate or account for further victims. we know that 12 individuals have been injured. five individuals known to have lost their lives. at this point we can't release any names. families of victims have not all been notified. approximately 5 to 7 fire units remain on the scene. it was a gas explosion. terrorism has been ruled out.

The plant was not fully on-line. it was undergoing a test of the gas line. when the explosion occurred. it was approximately -- the plant was approximately 95% completed and expected to go on-line this summer. one of the problems we're having is that multiple contractors have been working this project. each one of these contractors has their own foreperson. they have their own employees list. so to be able to sort all of that out will take some time. right now, the contractors are working with the authorities to confirm the number and identity of the employees on the site. medical at this mome...
