Question about the baseball practice. is this widely distributed? would a lot of people be aware of the schedule? on a seemingly random morning in mid-june? >> not necessarily. they have these practices in the morning before the legislative day begins. i have been to this practice before a couple years ago. getting up at 5:30 in the morning. they argued about the infield fly rule and such. this is a neighborhood, is not everyday that that people come up and start playing baseball at this hour in the morning. they were clearly doing so.
