Constituents, sanders says, no, i'm going to go to the floor and take this time available to me and i'm going to talk and talk and talk. at some point he's given us no indication he's going to stretch this overnight or try to block the vote. he just wants to basically get it all out there and put his money where his mouth is and people know why he does not support this bill and what he would do to improve it. it's really refreshing because lot of people don't come and do this. what he's done is notable, but not really a filibuster as we've come to know it from the movies. >> and he's trending ...

Talk about anything. they can talk about a con st constituent back in their home state. for senator sanders today, it's all about the tax cuts, failed economic policy as he sees it and anything else that he thinks can make the point that the bill they're about to bring to the floor to extend the bush tax cuts to all americans, he doesn't think it's a good deal. he thinks it's administer important that those americans in what he calls middle class, families making less than $250,000 a year, that only they get those extensions of the tax cuts. he says the rich don't need them, don't deserve them...
