By City News Service Mar 5, 2021 POMONA (CNS) - A 21-year-old Pomona man was jailed this morning after officers stopped him for an alleged road rage incident and found two weapons in his vehicle. Officers witnessed the incident about 7 p.m. Thursday in the area of Park Avenue and Eighth Street and pulled over the vehicle of the primary agitator and discovered two other people in the vehicle, including a 5-year-old child, according to Sgt. M. Medellin with the Pomona Police Department s Major Crimes Task Force. A search of the vehicle determined the suspect, identified as Richard Griego, had a loaded gun within his reach and a further search turned up an unsecured shotgun, Medellin said.
