Fantastic Sams, others accused of breaching lease agreement
EDWARDSVILLE — A Highland Fantastic Sams and the parties who took over its lease agreement are accused of allegedly failing to pay rent and other fees for the commercial property. SFP Pool Six LLC filed a complaint Jan. 14 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Majik Inc., Brown-Mcfarland Inc., doing business as Fantastic Sams, Cynthia McFarland, Bob McFarland, Kathleen Wilson and John Wilson, alleging breach of lease agreement and breach of guarantee.
