Lawsuit against a gun retailer who was negligent police selling guns to a straw purchase or. we argued that the the retailers should have known. and but as like many 37 guns on the street through this drop hurting within a few weeks. this doesn t get into people s right to own a gun, it means to sell guns, you must seldom confidently, you must seldom responsibly. because you know some of these guns ended up and shooting incidents and one of them was a mass shooting with 14 people. and then, you know on the opioid front, we do need to make sure that the opioid companies that helped spark the fentanyl crisis are paying for the treatment, the prevention, the education. we could also use tools like nuisance laws to make sure that we deal with problem properties. but i mean i think that we should say yes, people have the right to be safe. it s the governments responsibility to help to do or provide that, but we should do it with community, we should do it in partnership ....
