More than 30 ingredients specialists are set to attend ProSweets Cologne, the supplier fair that runs along side ISM sweets and snacks trade show, to offer natural and sustainable solutions that contain less sugar or carry a clean label declaration.
Koelnmesse, organisers of ISM /ProSweets Cologne, has revealed that 1,274 suppliers from 71 countries took part in this year’s trade show with 88% from overseas, attracting more than 25,000 trade visitors from 135 countries.
Europe’s largest sweets and snacks trade fair, ISM 2023, returns to Cologne, Germany at the weekend, boasting more than 1,300 exhibitors from 70 countries presenting major trends in the international confectionery industry.
ISM Cologne and ProSweets Cologne will open their doors and welcome the international industry from 23 to 25 April 2023.
The latest Covid-19 restrictions implemented by the German Federal Ministry of Health will not affect this year’s ProSweets/ISM trade show in Cologne, which is due to open on 30 January, organisers Koelnmesse have said.
