Alice Cooper, wife Sheryl get COVID-19 vaccine and share experience

Alice and Sheryl Cooper have received the COVID-19 vaccine at a facility in Phoenix.
In a video statement, the singer revealed that he and his wife have already had COVID-19.
"But we got vaccinated anyway," he said.
Sheryl Cooper added that the shot was "painless."
The Coopers, who live in Paradise Valley, were there as volunteers with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health Medical Reserve Corps to thank other volunteers, raise morale and promote vaccination.
They received their shots through the MRC.
Team Rubicon, a nonprofit organization that pairs military veterans with first responders to help in times of need, was assisting at the site with volunteer management.

He was ecstatic at being next in line to receive the Pfizer vaccine, which he hopes will protect him and the other 75-plus-year-olds in line with him. They want to be safe from an unforgiving virus that has taken the lives of so many and wreaked havoc on the economy over the past year.
