A man in Pune was robbed twice in a day, first of his cellphone while he offered a lift to a person on his bike and second of his bike after he sought help from a stranger who said he knew the police. The victim had given Rs 500 to the first robber through UPI, who later escaped leaving the victim stranded.
The police said unidentified people entered the warehouse at Wagholi by breaking its cement sheet roof and looted the cell phones and a mobile charging adaptor.
Police have booked the accused persons under Sections 392, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
