When i saw this article i had a few reactions. i'll be totally honest and say that my first was, this is not good. i wondered if i had been duped by someone who it turned out was a cryptojihadi in waiting all along. my second reaction was that even if the story was true, and maybe it was, the point about the basic constitutional unfairness of the no-fly list still stood. i mean, if the government has enough to charge someone, they should charge him. but putting someone on the secret list that curtails their movement and rights without recourse is pretty clearly unjust. and in fact, it just so ...
