Food Export Training Ends Today
The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) two-day training at the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) facilitated by HACCP Auditor, Dion Palu, of Quality Solutions began yesterday with 17 members in attendance. HACCP as described on the VCCI website is âan internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and is a necessary accreditation you must have to export your products from Vanuatuâ.
