FARGO — A mother and daughter from Texas stopped in North Dakota as part of a 50-state tour to stop the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Sonja Wasden and Rachael Siddoway donated a copy of their book, "An Impossible Life," to the Fargo Public Library Tuesday, April 27.
