The weather in Delhi has been full of uncertainty for the past few days, with light to moderate rainfalls in several parts of the city.

 Several parts of Mumbai have been affected by waterlogging whereas in Karnataka, several areas are reeling under flood-like situation

According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), a cloudy sky with thundershowers is expected in the national capital in the next few days. Meanwhile, Karnataka capital Bengaluru woke up to a pleasant morning with a cold breeze and drizzles.

Mumbai Regional Meteorological Centre on Wednesday issued a heavy rainfall alert for the next five days for Mumbai, Thane and other parts of Maharashtra. The department issued an Orange alert for Mumbai and Thane till July 10. 

For the fourth consecutive day, heavy rains pounded Mumbai. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall in the city and suburbs with very heavy to extremely heavy rains very likely at isolated places on Thursday. The IMD has also predicted the possibility of occasional strong winds reaching 40-50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph, a civic official said. The suburban services were delayed by a few minutes, due to heavy rainfall in Mumbai and the neighbouring Thane district, a Central Railway official said.
