I probably say that once a year that we have thunderstorms near san diego. that's the case. i-5 up to oceanside. could get downpours early, early this morning. as far as the rainfall forecast, light rain will move eventually through the middle of the country. this is the next 48 hours. as that storm moves we'll watch some of that rain, the steadiest of it up iowa, wisconsin, michigan. normally this time of year you'd be talking snow. it's just too warm. temperatures today in the upper 30s to low 40s. in chicago if you get any rain it'll be mostly late in the day. kansas city and st. louis coul...
