“Heavy to very heavy rainfall spell over northwest India today and reduction thereafter. No significant rainfall over the rest parts of the country during next 5 days,” said IMD.
“A fresh spell of heavy rainfall over Odisha, Coastal areas north Andhra Pradesh & Gangetic West Bengal from 19th to 21st and over Vidharbha, Chhattisgarh & East Madhya Pradesh on 21st & 22nd September, 2022,” said IMD.
According to the IMD, a fresh spell of enhanced rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy falls likely to commence over Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal from 20th September and extend to Eastcentral & East India during subsequent 3-4 days.
