The woman who works as a server was sexually assaulted by the two accused--identified as Avinash Sahebraa Chavan (22) and Suraj Devede (21)--when she was returning home in the wee hours of Sunday.
"It is noteworthy that out of the total cases of rape registered in our state, 41 per cent are found to be false, while at the national level, the percentage of false cases is only 8," Rajasthan DGP Mishra said while speaking to reporters at the Rajasthan Police headquarters.
