Rapid First Nation Housing Announced
Seven First Nation communities in the Kenora district are receiving federal funding to build affordable homes. Locally, the Rat Portage First Nation has been earmarked 3.8 million dollars for 10 new homes and Shoal Lake #39, $600,000 for six homes.
