A 63-year-old unemployed man has pleaded guilty to knowingly permitting marijuana production to take place on his premises. Joseph Nathaniel Codrington, of Sherbourne No.3, St John, appeared in the District “C” Magistrates’ Court last Friday and admitted committing the offence on August 15.
