Police say its the most dangerous situation they can face. A call for a domestic disturbance last night that brought them to the front door of 16767 glad stone investigators say kurt was wait and armed. When the officers arrived, they were met by a victim at the door who had claimed that his roommate had pulled a large knife on him. Commissioner evans says when officer Matthew Morris and officer Richard Cintolo went inside figueroa immediately opened fire shooting both men multiple times.
