dearry has a deadline of november 30th to finish the review. trump's team preferred 90 days. so who is judge deary? here is what we know. the 78-year-old reagan appointee has served as a federal judge in new york since 1986, served as chief judge in the district from 2007 to 2011, now a senior judge. he also served a seven year term on the u.s. fisa court. back in 2017 he was one of the judges who approved a question to surveil carter page, which was part of that probe of potential russian interference in the 2016 election. two of the four surveillance warrants granted by the fisa court have since been declared invalid including one approved by dearie. >> judge cannon also rejected the justice department's bid to resume the criminal investigation into the content
