Kolte-Patil Developers has signed agreements to redevelop two housing societies in the Bangur Nagar region of Mumbai. The projects add to the company's growth and diversification strategies, with recent acquisitions extending its presence in Mumbai. New developments comprise a total of 4.8 lakh sq ft, with a revenue potential of up to Rs 950 crore ($129m). Kolte-Patil previously executed a 2.77-lakh sq ft redevelopment project in Goregaon and has 14 projects in progress in Mumbai, including five ongoing developments and another seven in the pipeline.
