Providence, rhode island, you are special here, you have set a record for the biggest rainfall ever in any month. so, incredible rain, and we're watching the priver at cranston and the pawtuxet is cresting at 20.76 feet, and is not expected to rise, over that and the flood stage, though, is at 9 feet and the record stage at 15 feet and this is way over record stage and the pawtuxes river crest, second only to the crest a couple of weeks ago, at 14.98 feet and these people are -- enough already! and, thankfully, martha and bill, we are going to have a nice drying-out period. the storm itself is...
