Oppo Reno 5 Pro launched in India earlier this week as the first phone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor. The Reno 5 Pro is positioned in the sub-Rs 40,000 smartphone segment in India with features like quad cameras, fast charging support and more. At its asking price, the Reno 5 Pro goes up against the likes of the Mi 10T and even the OnePlus 8 to some extent.

Oppo launches Reno 5 Pro 5G in India at Rs 35,990 onwards, comes with 12 GB RAM, 64 MP camera


The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo on Monday unveiled its new device - Reno 5 Pro 5G in India. With the punch hole curved display, the sleek smartphone comes with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging feature. To give you the much needed boost and provide a smooth functioning, Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G is packed with 12GB of RAM.
Before its big launch in India, the tech giant debuted the device in China.
Priced at Rs. 35,990, Reno 5 Pro 5G flashes a quad rear camera set-up with in-display fingerprint scanner.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the much-awaited launch went virtual and was live streamed on Oppo's YouTube channel. The event began with the Oppo's chief marketing officer Damyant Khanoria welcoming all. "This is just the beginning. The world will rediscover life in 2021 and we are looking forward to surprise and delight you with path breaking innovations and designs," he said.
